Basic Directions

Store in freezer. Thaw in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature prior to use.
Prepare dough by hand shaping (for bread, dinner rolls, foccaccia) or rolling (for pizza, stromboli, and cinnamon buns). Flour, cornmeal, panco or pizza crisp or olive oil may be used to prevent dough from sticking.

For a 12" pizza (thick style) bake at 450° for 10-12 minutes.

For a 16" pizza (thin style) bake at 500° for 8-10 minutes.

For grilled crust, preheat half the grill on high heat 600° and the other half medium heat 400°. Cut dough in 1/2 and roll 2 thin style crusts. Brush both sides with olive oil. Sear one side on high heat for 2 1/2 minutes. Flip to the medium side of the grill, add toppings and close cover for 4 minutes.

Hawaiian Pizza

Roll 12”-16” or to desired thickness. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough.  Top with drained crushed pineapple, chopped scallions, & diced ham. Cover with favorite pizza cheese. Cooking times and temperatures are listed in the basic directions.

Focaccia Bread

Roll to about a 10” disc. Allow dough to rise 30 minutes at room temperature, covered. Press dough with your fingers, no holes. Brush dough with olive oil.Sprinkle with crushed rosemary, minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped olives, kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper. Bake at 425°, 15 to 20 minutes.

Meat Lovers Pizza

Roll dough 12”-16” or to desired thickness. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough. Top with favorite pizza cheese and meats. Cooking times and temperatures are listed in the basic directions.

Cinnamon Buns

Roll dough into a 10”x 14” rectangle. Brush dough with melted butter to coat. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tbsp. cinnamon; covering buttered area. Roll like a jellyroll & cut into 1” pieces. Spray baking pan or cupcake tin with non-stick spray; put slices (pinwheel effect facing up) close to each other on baking dish or in each cupcake hole. Allow cinnamon buns to rise for 30 minutes. Bake 350°, 20 to 25 minutes. Brush with vanilla icing or fondant while still slightly warm.

Mediterranean Pizza

Roll dough 12”-16” or to desired thickness and lightly brush with olive oil. Spread minced garlic. Top dough with sautéed baby spinach, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and pitted kalamata olives. Crumble feta cheese over toppings, and spread shredded mozzarella cheese. Cooking times and temperatures are listed in the basic directions.

Monkey Bread

Divide dough into 2 oz. pieces and roll into tight balls. Spray an 8” cake pan with non-stick spray. Place the 8 dough balls into cake pan, filling the pan, balls can be touching each other. Brush dough balls with melted butter and leave at room temperature until the dough has doubled in size. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Pull the balls apart and enjoy.

Breakfast Pizza

Roll 12”-16” or to desired thickness. In large mixing bowl, whip together 5 large eggs; mix in 6 to 8 oz. cheddar cheese, chopped breakfast meats, chopped onions, colored peppers, salt & pepper. Pour mixture onto dough, spreading it evenly. Bread Sticks

Cut dough into 2 oz. pieces.Roll into 8” to 10” long sticks. Brush with olive oil or garlic butter. For softer, thicker sticks, allow to rise at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 475°, 8 to 10 minutes.  

BBQ Chicken Or Pork Pizza

Roll 12”-16” or to desired thickness.Spread your favorite BBQ sauce on dough. Top with either cooked shredded chicken or pork; drained crushed pineapple, chopped scallions. Cover with your favorite pizza cheese.  Cooking times and temperatures are listed in the basic directions.

Margarita Pizza

Roll 12”-16” or to desired thickness. Brush with olive oil and top with minced garlic. Arrange plum tomato slices and season with salt and pepper.
Spread with shredded fresh basil leaves and top with fresh mozzarella slices. Cooking times and temperatures are listed in the basic directions.

Cheese Bread

Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray. Roll dough into a flat rectangle and cover the dough with your favorite cheese. Roll into a loaf-shape, brush seam with water, pinch to seal & place seal on bottom of the pan. Leave at room temperature until the dough has doubled in size. Then slit top of loaf from end-to-end with knife and sprinkle with more cheese. Place into a preheated 350° and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Calzone

Cut dough into 2 pieces, roll into 2-6” rectangles. Leaving a 1” border. Top dough with your choice of fillings–should be cold. Brush 1” border with water; fold dough over to 1 side pressing dough edges together, crimping, and folding over for tight seal. Cut a vent slice into calzone as it goes into oven. Bake at 375°, 15 to 18 minutes.

White Chicken Pizza

Roll 12”-16” or to desired thickness. Brush dough with ranch dressing or prepared alfredo sauce.Top with cooked bite-sized chicken pieces, chopped scallions, cut broccoli. Sprinkle with shredded white extra sharp cheddar and asiago cheese.  Cooking times and temperatures are listed in the basic directions.

Stromboli

Roll dough into a 10”x 14” rectangle. Brush dough with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, basil, salt & pepper. Top with a combination of cheeses, meats, and vegetables. Roll into a log; brush flap of dough with water, press to seal, and flip over onto greased sheet pan, so seam is on bottom, fold under ends.Bake at 375°, 25 to 30 minutes.

Vegetable Medley Pizza

Roll 12”-16” or to desired thickness. Brush dough with olive oil. Sprinkle oregano, basil, salt & pepper. Top with favorite pizza cheese, and any combination of cut, sliced, cubed, fresh vegetables. Vegetables may be blanched, sautéed, oven-roasted, or grilled Sprinkle with feta, parmesan, or romano on top. Cooking times and temperatures are listed in the basic directions.

Dinner Rolls

Cut dough into 10 pieces. Form into tight balls. Brush with melted butter and allow dough to rise 30 minutes at room temperature (they will double in size). Bake 350°, 20 to 25 minutes.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza

Roll 12”-16” or to desired thickness. Lightly brush with prepared alfredo sauce. Top with cooked, bite-size pieces of chicken and ham. Top with shredded swiss cheese. Cooking times and temperatures are listed in the basic directions.

Pan Bread

Spray bread loaf pan with non-stick spray. Roll out dough into a loaf-shape, brush seam with water, pinch to seal, and place seal on bottom of loaf pan. Leave at room temperature until the dough has doubled in size. Place into a preheated 350° oven. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove loaf from pan and cool before.
